Hope to Dream

For every mattress sold in one of our stores, a portion of the proceeds is utilized to purchase and donate beds for children, aged 3-16, in need within our community.

Give a Day

Every FDE Team Member is encouraged to volunteer one day per year with an approved organization and be paid by FDE for that day.

Corporate Chaplains

Corporate Chaplains offer support through: grief care, hospital visits, marriage and parenting support, aging parents support, and stress management.

Life Resource Events

Life Resource events are quarterly events to support our team members in areas everyone will face at some point in their life: Finances, Relationships, Health, and Wellness.

Team Member Relief Fund

The Team Member Relief Fund serves as a financial bridge for team members who suffer an unanticipated life event.

FDE Celebrates Team Member anniversaries through certificates awarded at Team meetings and through monetary awards for significant tenure.

Birthday

All Team Member birthdays are celebrated at FDE through an additional PTO day.

Shining Stars

The Shining Star program awards those who go Above and Beyond, live out FDE’s mission, are a positive example, and role model. They are awarded a certificate and a monetary prize.

Top Performers Club

Retail Sales Associates have the opportunity to compete to be Top Performers. These top performers are recognized as Presidents and Premiers which represent a specific level of accomplishment at FDE.

FDE Growth

FDE places a high priority on the needs of our Team Members coaching them to best self. All Team Members have the opportunity to grow within FDE through our performance development programs and available professional training. FDE also reinvests back into the business to fuel company growth. When the company grows, Team Members have the opportunity to grow.

Performance Development

Performance Development and Evaluation Plans

FDE conducts Quarterly Performance Evaluation and Development Plans which allows for Team Members to work with their manager to: cast vision for the future, agree to performance standards and objectives, and clearly define an action plan tied back to the team member’s WHY.

Annual Performance Evaluations

Similar to FDE’s PEDP process, annual reviews are also conducted.

FDE always seeks to elevate our current Team Members and invests in their career growth. Over 10% of our team members received internal promotions in 2022.

Professional Training

FDE knows that learning never ends for successful professionals. There are a multitude of training opportunities that are provided in both trainer led classes and self-led online learning.

Sales Compensation

Uncapped Income Potential

All FDE Sales Team Members have uncapped earning potential that allows for individuals to exceed commission expectations.

Above Industry Average Commission Percentages

FDE offers a 5.5% Commission on all future and mattress sales, and 20% commission on protection plans.

Extensive Sales Bonus Opportunities

FDE offers aggressive weekly bonus plans for all sales associates, sales managers, and regional sales leaders if overall sales, bedding, and protection targets are achieved. In addition, quarterly “Jackpot” bonuses can be earned for top performers.
